I'm getting more questions from friends in msn about having problems with their web browsing experience while surfing using singnet broadband. Here is a temporary solution to solve the problem with the use of singnet proxy. There's some tiny disadvantages but that's the best solution now.
For those who knows their networking, here's the proxy address
proxy.singnet.com.sg
port 8080
For those who doesn't know how to setup proxy, here's a guide for you
For Internet Explorer Users

tick "Use a proxy server for your LAN(These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)".
Then enter
proxy.singnet.com.sg
in the address field. As for the port, enter 8080

After click advanced, and tick "use the same proxy server for all protocols."
Click ok until you return back to your browser, and you are done!
(Remember to clear your browser cache if you still experience problem)

Follow the highlighted buttons to delete your browser cache.
For Firefox browser

Go tools -> options, and you will come to the screen above. Follow the highlighted buttons to complete proxy setup.
