Yesterday, dear dear and I went night market and bought a coconut. The coconut is called ‘jelly coconut’. I think it is just a coconut that the seller open out the cover of the coconut and put jelly inside instead of just having a normal coconut with only the juice inside. The ‘jelly coconut’ is selling more expensive at $2.50 each, but it taste great because the jelly has been soaked inside the coconut for don’t know how long and it got the taste of the coconut juice. It tastes somehow like the coconut we ate at the restaurant I mention previously.
I think next time go night market I will sure buy coconut to eat and don’t know why I just love digging the coconut’s flesh. Hehe.
