Played badminton with my poly clique today. Not bad… at least I still can play badminton even though it was so long since I played it. But I think I sprained my legs (the part near my backside). Hope to play badminton every week if we are free. Anyway is it one form of healthy exercise too. Been starting to do a lot exercise recently, maybe is because NAPFA is coming and also of the module WHP we studying. Hehe.
