Baking time again! This time round, we try baking Banana Loaf (recipe from the baking book we brought) and not chocolate chips cookies even though people who ate our chocolate chips cookies think that they are delicious. Baking is so expensive everything from utensils to ingredients need money. Especially when you don’t bake frequently, the ingredients you bought will go into waste as they expire very fast, (especially the flour). So in order not to waste the flour that was left, we need to keep on baking before it expires.
Baking cake is not so tedious compare to cookies, but the only think that always fails a cake is the temperature and time. And indeed as a beginner, our cake is a bit burnt on the top and the bottom. Don’t be deceived by the photo you saw… our family members who ate the cake think that it is so awful. We’re not going to bake Banana Loaf again! We should stick to chocolate chips cookies until we finish our left over ingredients.

Went Marina Barrage the 4th time. This time round we went there to take photos with the new lens dear bought. With the tripod and the new remote controller dear bought, we can easily take many photos without asking people to help. We just set up the tripod at the correct position and we can keep on posting and taking photos just by clicking the controller. Instead of going to the beaches, there are many people having picnic over there and many people flying kites. Next time we will buy a kite and bring there too. Haha!
On the shuttle bus with our sunny doll. Small description created by dear:
Around evening, it started raining so we change our location to City Hall to have dinner. And when we wanted to walk to Esplanade to take more photos… we saw… (second part of the day will be blog by dear)
